Once your Exchange mailbox has been created, go to Outlook on your Windows computer to set up your mailbox.

- Outlook (classic)
- Outlook 2013 & 2016
Follow these steps in Outlook (classic), also known as Outlook 2019:
1.Go to “File” > “Add Account”.
2. Choose “Advanced options”.
3. Tick “Let me set up my account manually” and continue.
4. When Outlook asks you to allow autodiscover.powermail.be to configure the server settings for you, accept.
5. In the pop-up window, enter your mailbox password.
6. Click “Finish” and restart Outlook.
Follow these steps in Outlook 2013 or 2016:
1. Go to “File”> “Add account”.
2. Enter your information:
Your name : Enter your name as you want it to appear with the recipients of your mails. Usually your first name and surname.
E-mail address : Enter your e-mail address
Password : Enter your password and confirm
3. Check “Manual setup or additional server types” not to!
4. Continue. When asked to have autodiscover.powermail.be configure the server settings for you, you accept this.
5. Click on “Finish” and restart Outlook.
