How to upgrade a basic mail mailbox?

Each Basic Mail mailbox has limited storage space. If you need more space, you can upgrade your mailbox by ordering a larger mailbox via our control panel.
Do you have credits available? Then you can also change your mailbox size immediately (upgrade or downgrade) in the control panel, without placing a new order.

Is your mailbox (almost) full? Try deleting emails first to free up space.

Upgrade your Basic mailbox in the control panel

Follow these steps in our control panel

1. Go to “My products” > “Email hosting”.
2. Click “Manage email”.
3. In the left menu, click “Mailboxes”.
4. Find the mailbox you want to upgrade and click “Manage”.
5. Click “Show upgrade options”.
6. You will now see the available upgrades.
7. Choose the upgrade you want and complete your order.

Upgrade your mailbox with credits

Follow these steps in our control panel

1. Go to “My products” > “Email hosting”.
2. Click “Manage email”.
3. In the left menu, click “Mailboxes”.
4. Click “Manage” next to the mailbox you want to change.
5. Click the dropdown showing your current mailbox size.
6. Select “Upgrade (or downgrade) mailbox”.
7. In the modal, use the dropdown to select the mailbox size you want.
8. Confirm your choice.
