Wil je je Basic mailbox gebruiken in Outlook op je Mac? Volg dan hieronder de stappen om je mailbox via IMAP toe te voegen.
Maak eerst je Basic mailbox aan en activeer ze in je controlepaneel. Voeg je mailbox daarna toe in Outlook voor Mac.

Mailbox toevoegen in Outlook voor Mac
Volg deze stappen in Outlook voor Mac
- Klik bovenaan in de menubalk op Outlook en kies Settings.
- Klik in de linkernavigatie op Accounts.
- Klik rechts op Add Account.
- Vul je e-mailadres in en klik op Continue.
- Wacht even terwijl Outlook de instellingen probeert te vinden.
- Kies Sync directly with IMAP (dus niet via de Microsoft Cloud).
- Vink Show Advanced Settings aan.
- Vul de ontbrekende gegevens in:
- Email address: je volledige e-mailadres
- IMAP Username: je volledige e-mailadres
- IMAP Password: het wachtwoord van je mailbox
- IMAP Incoming Server: imap.mailprotect.be
Zet Port op 993 en zorg dat Use SSL to connect aanstaat - SMTP Username: je volledige e-mailadres
- SMTP Password: het wachtwoord van je mailbox
- SMTP Outgoing Server: smtp-auth.mailprotect.be
Zet Port op 587 en kies SmartTLS
- Klik op Add account. Je mailbox wordt nu toegevoegd in Outlook.

@Sofia: can you have a look at the screenshot u5301_img? The port numbers do not coincide with the article (143 instead of 993, 2525 instead of 465), maybe you can change them using photoshop 😉
Also, the article contains texts asking you guys to link sentences to other articles (texts in blue).
@Tsvetu: Lay-out of the article is fixed. Just replace the images with new ones. The source of the images is now our mockup-drive. That is not wanted.
